Ozone Therapy: Beneficial In So Many Ways

Ozone TherapyPart 1 of 3 | Read Part 2 of Series | Read Part 3 of Series

Beneath the White House, in the dank tunnels which provide an escape for the executive inhabitants, ozone air purifiers are used to suppress the molds. In their pools the water is ozonated, not chlorinated, for sterilization. Do you suppose the White House staff knows something about ozone the FDA doesn’t?

In 1976 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) called ozone a ‘toxic gas with no medical use’. Oh really! So why have over 9000 physicians worldwide with millions of clients used Medical Ozone Therapy to treat and cure their patients? In reality the sincere question should be, why is the FDA so aggressively trying to shut down the use of ozone in America? If you sniff you will pick up the scent of the money trail at the root of the FDA’s fraud.

At this point debating the issue whether ozone is useful to a person’s health, is a diversion from the more important focus of how it can improve their life. This is especially true in light of the fact that over 150,000 people die a year in America from drug therapies. And to this date, the proper use of ozone has not killed even one person.

A Little Science About Ozone

Fifteen miles above the surface of the earth the sun’s ultra-violet rays strike the earth’s atmosphere which creates an electrical charge that transforms oxygen into ozone. At that height the ozone molecules can be comprised of up to twenty-one individual oxygen atoms. The surface ozone of three atoms will last 20 minutes before separating into one single oxygen and one double oxygen molecule. The O21 version of ozone will last for a few days before it has finally broken up.

Single oxygen molecules, called singlets, do all the work of oxidizing the undesirables in the body. Our lungs even transform the double oxygen molecule we breathe into singlets for the bodies usage. To learn more about the science of oxygen please read our newsletter series called ‘The Many Forms of Oxygen‘.

The Mechanics of Oxygen’s Singlet Inside the Body

Once inside the body the singlet oxygen’s magnetic properties allow it to attach to the wall of a virus, bacteria, fungi, mold, parasite, protozoa, pesticide, manufactured chemical, poison, rotting matter, odor, yeast or weakened cell. Blasting holes in the cell’s membrane the singlet neutralizes the pathogen, turning it into dead debris. The oxygen singlet accomplishes this task in various ways depending on the type of cell it encounters. Bacteria are destroyed when the lipoproteins and phospholipids of the cell envelope are oxidized. Viruses on the other hand die when the singlet impedes the virus protein shell causing its reproductive cycle to become dysfunctional.

All cells suspectible to oxygen’s effect have weak or simplistic enzyme coatings. Whether it is a mold, cancer cell or some other pathogen the lack of protective enzymes makes it vulnerable to the singlet. A healthy cell has a strong enzyme coating which basically acts like a coat-of-armor when the singlet comes calling on it. This is the marvel of ozone. It can only damage cells it is able to penetrate.

As cells are destroyed they get carried away by the circulatory system where the body’s eliminative organs rids itself of them. This entire process of killing the pathogen then evacuating it is time consuming. For this reason it is better to administer ozone in lower dosages for a greater number of days, than higher amounts for a short period of time. One runs the risk of suffering what is called a ‘healing crisis’ if too many dead cells are dumped into the eliminative organs too quickly. This is especially true if an eliminative organ, like the liver, is part of the original health problem. It can take a few weeks to months for relief from an illness to be achieved. It is crucial that once ozone treatments start to keep them up until detoxification of the toxins has been realized. To abruptly stop could result in the toxins resettling into new areas of the body causing extra difficulties.

The Effects of a Healing Crisis

A ‘healing crisis’ is an overloading of toxins caused by clogging the pathways out of the body. One may experience temporary discomfort such as a fever, swelling, nausea or diarrhea which diminishes as the toxins are removed. When dead pathogens are cleared their chemical signatures may cause one to re-experience some of the symptoms from the original disease or pollutant. These effects are short-term and dissipate within a few days.

There are a few people who should not use ozone therapy. People who have experienced recent internal bleeding, or a heart attack, should wait until they have recovered before starting ozone therapy. People who suffer from low platelets, or hyperthyroidism, should also use care when using ozone.

The Ways Ozone Therapy Effects the Body

Other than the uses previously mentioned, ozone has been proven to affect the body in the following ways. It cleans the arteries and veins while stimulating the production of white blood cells. As it cleans the blood’s passageways it also purifies the blood and lymph. Ozone helps prevent and reverse stroke damage. Along with this it improves brain functions in general. Stimulating the immune system is a major benefit of ozone therapy, as is the fact it normalizes hormone and enzyme production. Eliminating and preventing auto-immune disease is an added benefit of regular ozone therapy. The benefits of ozone therapy are profound. Researchers worldwide are still finding ways in which it is useful to the body.

In Conclusion

When thinking about whether or not ozone is a therapy which will help you it is good to remember what Mr. Oxygen, Ed McCabe, said, "Nothing leaves the body unless it is first combined with oxygen."
