Can you tune your body to better health?

Most of us are aware that tuning forks are used by piano tuners to bring the pitch of each key back into its correct harmony. Western medicine has used tuning forks to diagnose hearing problems, fractures and nerve damage. But did you know that the simple resonant tones of tuning forks can also bring our bodies back into harmony?

Have you ever been in a bad mood until a certain song lifted you up? Have you ever walked by softly ringing bells and felt a sense of relaxation? It’s quite possible your body was responding to the resonant frequencies inside the sound.

Bringing the body back into harmony can have many positive benefits. Disharmony can manifest as stress, fatigue, tight muscles, sore joints and tendons or the inability to concentrate. When you strike a tuning fork it sends out a strong vibrational sound that has an effect not only on our auditory system but other systems of our bodies depending on the note and frequency.

The Amazing Healing Properties Of Color Therapy

The skin feels color. Yes you read that right, the skin can learn to tell the difference between colors. Kurt Goldstein, in his 1930s book The Organism, concluded that various colors affect the skin differently. Through his research he showed that blind people can learn to differentiate color by the way the hue makes the skin feel.

It is not known why this happens, but then it is also not known why 1 in a 1000 people can hear colors or see music. And yet it is a common phenomena called synaesthesia.

History of Color Therapy

Color therapy has been around for at least four thousand years. Several ancient societies, like the Chinese, Indian and Egyptian, used colors for healing. The Egyptians even built sacred buildings where they practiced the art of color therapy. Written case studies and cures have been found in both the Chinese and Egyptian cultures.

Cancer: An Old Therapy Gets Rediscovered

Have you ever wondered why a person can’t get cancer of the heart? Every other organ can acquire the disease. So what is the magic of the heart’s invincibility? The reason is because the heart is first in line to receive the pH balanced, oxygen-rich blood that flows out of the lungs. In other words, it gets the cream of this life giving crop, which keeps its cells free from mutating.

Nobel Prize is Given for the Reason Cancer Occurs

It is dumbfounding how the medical profession keeps searching for the answer as to how cancer develops while ignoring the discovery made over 75 years ago by Dr. Otto Heinrich Warburg. In 1931 Dr. Warburg was given the Nobel prize in medicine for discovering cells starved of oxygen will lose the ability to burn the glucose it receives. These cells will either die, or learn to produce energy by fermenting the glucose. Fermentation only creates 1/6 the energy a cell using the oxidization process makes. Once a cell has converted to fermentation as its power source the cell can never go back to being an oxidizing cell.

Ozone Therapy: Beneficial In So Many Ways

Beneath the White House, in the dank tunnels which provide an escape for the executive inhabitants, ozone air purifiers are used to suppress the molds. In their pools the water is ozonated, not chlorinated, for sterilization. Do you suppose the White House staff knows something about ozone the FDA doesn’t?

In 1976 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) called ozone a ‘toxic gas with no medical use’. Oh really! So why have over 9000 physicians worldwide with millions of clients used Medical Ozone Therapy to treat and cure their patients? In reality the sincere question should be, why is the FDA so aggressively trying to shut down the use of ozone in America? If you sniff you will pick up the scent of the money trail at the root of the FDA’s fraud.

Strains, Sprains and Excruciating Back Pains

backpainMore often than not gravity is the back’s worst enemy. The low back area of the spine receives the brunt of damage from this downward force. Over time compression and ordinary wear and tear of the vertebrae and discs start to cause problems.

Eight out of ten Americans can expect to experience back pain during their life. The majority of problems occur because the back, stomach and buttock muscles become too weak to protect the spine from the jerks and bumps it receives.

Anatomy of the Back

Twenty-six bones make up the Spinal Column. There are seven in the Cervical (neck), twelve in the Thoracic (middle), five in the Lumbar (low), a sacrum and coccyx (tailbone). Of the 24 vertebrae the cervical and lumbar add the flexibility needed for ease of movement, but are also the most susceptible to injury. Along with the bones the back has 40 muscles, tendons which fasten the muscles to the vertebrae, and ligaments that hold the vertebrae together. There are 31 pairs of nerves attached to the Spinal Cord. The Spinal Cord is protected by a bony pathway created through the vertebrae.
